Berry-licious Vanilla Protein Smoothie Recipe
Want to change up your daily protein smoothie? Give your smoothie an extra dose of fibre with our delicious berry vanilla protein smoothie! Mix with your favourite Muscle Protein - Whey Power or Muscle Protein - Vegan Platinum. Yum!
- Two 30g scoop of Muscle Protein - Whey Power or Muscle Protein - Vegan Platinum in Vanilla.
- 3 cups of frozen mixed berries
- 1 ½ cups of either water, yoghurt or milk/milk alternative (350mls).
- Mix all the ingredients into a blender
- Blend until there are no clumps
Notes: You can add ice to make it more like a frappe, or add ice cream to make it a treat!
