What I Eat In A Day: Easy To Make Meal Plan

Need some inspiration for a healthy, balanced diet? Here's an easy to do meal plan that I have often! 

 

Breakfast:

1 x Muscle Protein Smoothie: 

  • 1 scoop of Muscle Protein Whey Power
  • 1 banana
  • 1/4 cup berries 
  • Handful of spinach
  • 1 tbsp greek yoghurt (or yoghurt of your choice)
  • 200mls oat milk (or milk of your choice)

 

Morning snack: 

Chopped up apples with 1 tbsp peanut butter

 

Lunch: 

Chicken salad

  • Spinach
  • 3 cherry tomatoes cut in half
  • Chopped onions
  • 1/4 diced avocado
  • A bit of cheese
  • A bit of caesar dressing 
  • Pulled grilled chicken or crumbed chicken diced 

 

Afternoon snack:

1 x Muscle Protein Whey Power

 

Dinner:

Roast chicken with roasted broccolini, onion, carrots, potatoes and seasoned with Italian herbs
