What I Eat In A Day: Easy To Make Meal Plan
Need some inspiration for a healthy, balanced diet? Here's an easy to do meal plan that I have often!
Breakfast:
1 x Muscle Protein Smoothie:
- 1 scoop of Muscle Protein Whey Power
- 1 banana
- 1/4 cup berries
- Handful of spinach
- 1 tbsp greek yoghurt (or yoghurt of your choice)
- 200mls oat milk (or milk of your choice)
Morning snack:
Chopped up apples with 1 tbsp peanut butter
Lunch:
Chicken salad
- Spinach
- 3 cherry tomatoes cut in half
- Chopped onions
- 1/4 diced avocado
- A bit of cheese
- A bit of caesar dressing
- Pulled grilled chicken or crumbed chicken diced
Afternoon snack:
Dinner:
Roast chicken with roasted broccolini, onion, carrots, potatoes and seasoned with Italian herbs
