Apple & Banana Protein Bar Recipe (Vegan)

Need to mix up your snacks? Try out our tasty Apple and Banana Protein bar recipe! This recipe is vegan with our Muscle Protein Vegan Protein - Platinum, however can be used with our Muscle Protein Whey Protein - Power!



1/2 cup (gluten-free) rolled oats
1/2 cup Muscle Protein Vegan Protein - Platinum
1/2 cup almond milk
1 tablespoon peanut butter (or sunflower seed butter)
1 grated fresh apple
1 banana

Add all the ingredients together and press the batter onto a brownie pan. Bake at
180 C (356 F) for about 45-60 minutes or until when you poke them with a knife, the knife comes out clean. You can then cut them into bars like I did –
this will give you six bars, or you can cut them into squares! And get four
big ones.
