High Protein Keto Friendly Waffles
Ingredients (Makes 2 Servings)
- 1/2 Cup Muscle Protein's Whey Protein Power
- 1 Egg
- 3 Tbsp Sour Cream
- 1 tsp Baking powder
- pinch of salt
- Keto Friendly Toppings (Cream, Sugar Free Syrup, Blueberries)
How to make the waffles:
- Heat your waffle iron on medium and spray with cooking spray.
- Mix the protein powder, egg, sour cream, baking powder, and salt in a medium sized bowl until fully combined.
- Pour half of the batter in the waffle iron (for smaller waffle irons, pour less batter), and cook according to your waffle irons directions.
- Serve with toppings. Cream and Blueberries together are delicious!
