High Protein Oatmeal Breakfast Recipe

This recipe will require you to get creative and do some mixing!

Ingredients

Dry:
60g Oats
1 Scoop of Muscle Protein Whey Power or Vegan Platinum
Choice of sweetener (honey, stevia)
Choice of spices (cinnamon, cloves, cardamom)

Wet:
1 whole egg (52g)
3/4 cup water
1/2 teaspoon of vanilla extract

Directions

  1. Seperate from each other, mix all your dry ingredients together and mix all the wet items together. 
  2. Mix the wet and dry mixtures together (similar to that of a cake batter consistency).
  3. Put the mixture in the microwave for 1 minute around 3-4 times, stirring the mixture after each minute has passed. If you would like a thinner consistency, add more water. 
  4. Let your oats cool, and then enjoy!
