Low-Carb Muscle Protein Mug Cake

 

Ingredients

1/4 cup Whey Protein Platinum or Whey Protein Power
1/4 cup of milk (I used almond milk but any would do)
2 tbsp cocoa powder
1 tbsp sweetener (I used erythritol but granulated stevia would work, as would
coconut sugar if you don’t mind this not being a low-carb cake)
2 tbsps peanut butter
1 tsp stevia drops
1 tsp coconut oil, melted

Directions

1. Mix everything in a mug.
2. Microwave for 30 seconds. Wait 5 seconds. And microwave for 30 more.
3. Enjoy! It’s amazing with vanilla Muscle Protein ice cream on top!
