Ingredients

- 1 cup of skim milk or milk alternative
- 1 x 30g scoop of Muscle Protein - Whey Power in Chocolate
- 1 banana
- 6 ice cubes
- 2 tbsp peanut butter
- 1 tbsp honey or maple syrup
- 1 tsp of unsweetened cocoa powder or more to taste
Directions
