Ingredients

Serves 1

  • 1 cup of skim milk or milk alternative
  • 1 x 30g scoop of Muscle Protein - Whey Power in Chocolate
  • 1 banana
  • 6 ice cubes
  • 2 tbsp peanut butter
  • 1 tbsp honey or maple syrup
  • 1 tsp of unsweetened cocoa powder or more to taste

Directions

  1. Mix all of the ingredients into a blender
  2. Blend until there are no clumpy bits
  3. Enjoy!
