Summer Berries Protein Smoothie Recipes

Ingredients:

  • 1.5 cups of water, yoghurt or milk
  • 1 cup of frozen strawberries
  • 1/2 a cup of frozen rasperries
  • 1 cup of frozen blueberries
  • 1/2 cup of frozen blackberries
  • 1 scoop (30g) of Muscle Protein protein

Directions

  1. Mix all ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth or to your preferred consistency
